Since doing The Lighting Process with Jo my life has turned around in such a great and positive way.
I am doing the things I love again, such as walking the dog, being able to travel again and see new places, playing with my grandchildren and the list could go on and on.
Before this, I struggled with M.E. for over 4 years and could just about walk around the house and do very little. This is a Life changer.
Jo is such a great coach, patient, caring and lovely sense of humour and always takes the time to listen to you. She is very passionate about her work.
