Having just completed the 3 day seminar, of the Lightning Process for CFS. It’s the best course I’ve ever done, I wish I knew about it years ago. I now have an energetic life to look forward to. Please if you are thinking about doing the Lightning Process, just do it. You won’t regret it. You will have a life to love.
