Last month, there was a Lightning Process Graduate team who ran in the Christchurch City-to-Surf. Nine LP Graduates did either the 12km or 6km event. Ian Cleary – a LP Practitioner in Australia and New Zealand – also took part. One of the LP Graduates who was part of the team had been housebound in December when she took the LP course and walked the 6km in March!! Well done to everyone for the amazing achievement and the changes you have made!
