“I was introduced to Jo earlier this year having been suffering from chronic and debilitating fatigue following a Covid vaccination I had in November 2022. A friend of mine who had been suffering with Long Covid had experienced very positive results after attending a course with Jo. I had never heard of the Lightning Process before but thought I would give it go. I was particularly struggling at the time and really didn’t know which way to turn having tried numerous different treatments, most of which with very disappointing results.

My life has been turned around and I’m able to live my life virtually normally again which was unimaginable prior to the course.
