Congratulations Phil on celebrating your 25 years of developing the Lightning Process and how wonderful to know just how many people (like myself) have been able to regain their health with your support.
I now mark 19 years since coming to Crouch End for my three days with you to learn how to follow the Process, easy to remember as this was just before Valentine’s Day. Peter and I celebrated by visiting John Lewis, using the escalator instead of needing the lift for a wheelchair and then treating ourselves to his and hers Emma Bridgewater mugs. Simple pleasures for some I know but monumental for us. As you can see from the photo I continue to progress into my mid 70s and am now an avid quilter. Happy days!
