We love receiving feedback from clients who have taken the Lightning Process seminar – every client is different and what they achieve is life-changing!
What symptoms/issues did you come to the Lightning Process seminar with?
ME – tiredness, foggy brain, dizziness, exhaustion, unable to do simple tasks and in danger of losing my job. Although I could walk a few miles in a morning it always made me feel ill and I always had to sleep for 2 hours every afternoon and could never rise much before 10 a.m. on a weekend.
What positive changes did you make over the three days of the Lightning Process training?
I have done NLP before and got so far but then stuck and crashed. At first, I was still finding this a problem but then on the 2nd day I realised that I was only focusing on the symptoms and the real issue was the belief I had that I would never get well. Once I focused on this I began to improve. On the 2nd day after the seminar, I went a 4 mile walk. This is the first time I have been able to go a walk on an afternoon as normally I have had to sleep and been too ill. I did this again on the final day and with no negative after effects. I ended the course feeling confident that I now have the tools to make a complete recovery and I have already gone from 50% to about 85%. I am now planning all the things I want to do and feeling that I can and will do them. [I had made a slight improvement the week before the course but only the usual temporary one and felt that I was likely to crash again as soon as I returned to work. Previous to that I was off work totally crashed out and at the worst, I have ever been and wondering if I would ever be able to return even though I work from home.]
What positive changes have you made since completing the Lightning Process?

I have started getting up early on a morning to do my yoga (instead of doing it late after I have got up). I have realised that I am doing an invalid yoga and am now working on changing that so that it matches my new abilities. I am looking forward to going back to work tomorrow and feeling confident that I will not lose my job and that I will still have lots of energy after I have finished work and intending to go my daily walk (at 2 p.m.). I am working on my new life and doing things differently to the old patterns. I am planning to do more cooking and baking and start baking my own bread, to improve my French and playing the guitar, and going lots of walks. Once the lockdown is over I am planning some longer walks of 10-15 miles and really excited as I haven’t been able to do this in some years. I feel absolutely certain that these improvements will continue and that I will make a complete recovery.
