I didn’t have many expectations of what the training would be like.  When I first felt the sensation of calm in my body, it was incredible.  I didn’t think it would work that quickly. 

I like the way it is a choice of this this or that, it makes it easier to comprehend.  Learning that I have a choice is so powerful, it’s incredible. 

Everyone should do it.  I wish they would.
