Hannah chose to celebrate 1 year on from the Lightning Process seminar by doing the London Dock to Dock swim (1.5k).  Before doing the LP, Hannah was struggling with CFS and quite a few other conditions.  Hannah took the Lightning Process with experienced LP Practitioner Pippa Adamson.
