Hi, I believe it’s been about a year and a half since I did the Lightning Process, I just wanted to let you know how far I’ve come, I have been back at work full-time for almost 1 year and all is going well on this front. Also, I have cycled through 10 countries over mountains, along rivers and lakes etc, all super amazing experiences. It still blows my mind that before the Lightning Process I barely had the strength to cycle anywhere….Ashley
