I would like to share my story as I had the most wonderful experience, with the results far exceeding my expectations.
I took The Lightning Process three years ago for very severe ME/Chronic Fatigue which I developed as a result of the Astra Zeneca COVID vaccine.
Within a matter of days after being vaccinated I became more and more unwell. I went from being a very fit, healthy person to bedridden. As you can imagine, it was a very frightening, challenging time for me.
My symptoms included:
– crippling fatigue that left me needing full-time care
– severe brain fog, so bad that I couldn’t read, watch television etc.
– insomnia
– nausea
– dizziness
– ringing in my ears and sensitivity to light
If I tried to do any kind of movement (i.e. going to the bathroom, taking a shower) I would have a ‘crash’ and become weaker. I tried ‘ pacing’ and homoeopathy to no avail.
Neither the medical profession nor the ME Society, who I contacted for help, had any suggestions or answers regarding treatment.
I then heard of The Lightning Process from a friend whose daughter had successfully used it several years before.
When I took the seminar from my bed via Zoom with Kathy Kent I was too weak to even sit up in a chair and could barely speak.
The results were phenomenal!
By the end of the first day I was able to shower myself, walk in the garden, talk to my family; all of which were unthinkable just a few hours before.
My progress continued rapidly over the next 2 days of the training.
The day after I completed it I went on a mile walk and picnic. The following day I walked 2 miles, getting caught in the rain and having to run up steep steps to take shelter!
I have not looked back since. I’ve had none of the symptoms of my CFS return. I’m fit and healthy again and leading life to the full. (At 65 years of age!)
My trainer, Kathy, was wonderful. From the first moment I contacted her she was so supportive and kind. She took everything at a pace I could manage, explaining the research and process clearly and slowly and never suggesting I try to push myself in any way. After completing the training she was always available if I wanted advice or to share my success stories.
I know that without The Lightning Process, I would not be where I am today. It gave me my health, and therefore, my life back.
